 THE 200 SQUARE FOOT MAXIMUM, THE ADDITION OF THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE FROM COMMENT #1 AND #2 WOULD RESULT IN THE 200
 SQUARE FEET BEING EXCEEDED. NOTE: THE REPLACEMENT OF
 THE UNCOUNTED BUILDING IMAGE WITH A LIFESTYLE IMAGE
 WOULD RESULT IN THE SIGNAGE STAYING BELOW THE 200

 ALLOWANCE BUT ARE NOT APPROVED WITH THIS PERMIT SINCE
 THEY ARE NOT CURRENTLY PERMITTED. AT SUCH TIME AS THE
 AMENDMENT TO THE ROSEMARY SQUARE MASTER SIGN PLAN IS
