 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A101 THE CONSTRUCTION FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A BREAK
 ROOM COUNTER AND SINK. THE PLANS LACK AN ACCESSIBILITY
 DETAIL IF THIS AN FRONT APPROACH OR SIDE APPROACH. 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 606.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305, POSITIONED FOR A
 FORWARD APPROACH, AND KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING
 WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED, SEE EXCEPTIONS ALSO, BUT
 SHOW THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 2) SHEET A-514 DETAIL 2 SHOWS A CUT SECTION THROUGH THE
 SINK AND CABINETRY AND DRAINPIPE NOT INSULATED. PLEASE
 REVIEW THE 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 606.5
 EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES. WATER SUPPLY & DRAINPIPES
 UNDER LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE INSULATED OR
 OTHERWISE CONFIGURED TO PROTECT AGAINST CONTACT.
  
 3) SHEET A-201 LOUNGE/ BREAK AREA DETAILS 8 & 9 SHOWS
 THE FRONT ELEVATION OF THE CABINETRY AND SINK, JUST
 ABOVE THE SINK IS A SHELF FOR A MICROWAVE. THE
 ELECTRICAL PANEL SCHEDULE CONFIRMS THERE IS TO BE A NEW
 MICROWAVE INSTALLED. THIS LOCATION IS TO HIGH FOR THE
 REACH RANGES AND OPERABLE PARTS. SEE THE 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTIONS:
 308 REACH RANGES. 308.2 FORWARD REACH. / 308.2.1
 UNOBSTRUCTED/ 308.2.2 OBSTRUCTED HIGH REACH. 308.3 SIDE
 REACH. / 308.3.1 UNOBSTRUCTED/ 308.3.2 OBSTRUCTED HIGH

 309 OPERABLE PARTS. 309.3 HEIGHT. OPERABLE PARTS SHALL
 BE PLACED WITHIN ONE OR MORE OF THE REACH RANGES
 SPECIFIED IN 308. 309.4 OPERATION. OPERABLE PARTS SHALL
 BE OPERABLE WITH ONE HAND AND SHALL NOT REQUIRE TIGHT
 GRASPING, PINCHING, OR TWISTING OF THE WRIST. THE FORCE
 REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE OPERABLE PARTS SHALL BE 5 POUNDS
 MAXIMUM.

 THERE IS NO LOCATION PROVIDED FOR A WHEELCHAIR BOUND
 INDIVIDUAL TO DO ANY KIND OF PAPERWORK.
 4)(A) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 4)(B) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF WORK SURFACES SHALL BE
 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE
