 THE 2 UNITS 329A AND 329B HAVE REMOVED A PORTION OF THE
 PROPERTY LINE WALL BETWEEN 2 PARCELS:
 74-43-43-21-01-013-0133 329A. OWNER: CLEMATIS ST. LLC.
 74-43-43-21-01-01300132 329B. OWNER: CLEMATIS VENTURES
 LLC
 THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT OWNERS, A UNITY OF TITLE THE
 OWNER IS THE SAME OWNER.
 UNITY OF CONTROL IS WHEN THERE ARE (2) DIFFERENT
 OWNERS, SPEAK WITH CITY LAWYERS FOR PROCEDURE.
  
 2) 2ND REQUEST. LOOKING AT THE BUSINESS LICENSES IT
 APPEARS THE LAST KNOW USE IS COMMERCIAL RENTAL, NO
 OTHER BUSINESS TAX SHOWS THIS SPACE AS A RESTAURANT
 UNLESS UNDER A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. PLEASE PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. 107.2.1. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 IS REQUIRED. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY OCCUR SINCE THE
 LACK OF INFORMATION. IT APPEARS A NEW OPENING HAS BEEN
 CREATED BETWEEN DIFFERENT PROPERTIES AND DIFFERENT
 OWNERS. THE SUBMITTED PLAN DOES NOT SHOW HOW FIRE
 RATINGS BETWEEN PROPERTY LINES ARE TO BE ESTABLISHED.
