 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 2) DISCREPANCY IN PLANS. THE COVER SHEET LIST A

 OCCUPANTS WHEREAS THE 1.1A LIFE SAFETY SHEET LIST
 OFFICE SPACE @ 100 SQ. FT= 59 OCCUPANTS. NOTE FOR
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY PLEASE USE THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR
 OF 150 SQ. FT./ OCCUPANT 2020 FBC BUILDING TABLE
 1004.5. WHICH IS IT MERCANTILE OR BUSINESS OCCUPANCY?
  
 3) BOTH THE A1.1A AND LIFE SAFETY FLOOR PLAN SHOW
 COMMON LOBBY JUST OUTSIDE OF THE LEFT OR REAR WALL,
 PLEASE CORRECT THIS IS AN EXIT ACCESS CORRIDOR, DOES
 NOT NEED TO BE RATED. CLARIFY TERMINOLOGY. 2020 WEST
 PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 4) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN NOR A1.1A BOTTOM LEFT CORNER OF
 THE TENANT SPACE THE ROOM LEADING TO THE EXIT, IS NOT
 LABELED THE USE, IT APPEARS TO BE MORE OF A STORAGE
 AREA? YOU CAN NOT HAVE EXITING THROUGH A STORAGE ROOM.
 2010 FBC-BUILDING SECTION 1016.2.5 EGRESS SHALL NOT
 PASSTHROUGH STORAGE ROOMS, CLOSETS OR SPACES USED FOR
 SIMILAR PURPOSES.
  
 5) LIFE SAFETY PLAN. ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE TENANT
 SPACE TO THE COMMON LOBBY THE EGRESS DOORS ARE IN
 SWINGING DOORS. THE BASE BUILDING PERMIT 21051228,
 REVISION 22090701 SHOWS THESE DOORS OUT SWINGING INTO
 THE COMMON AREA, THEY WERE THE ASSIGNED MEANS OF EGRESS
 DOORS FOR THIS SIDE OF THE TENANT SPACE. 2020
 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION 1010.1.2.1 DIRECTION OF
 SWING.
  
 6) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN NOR A1.1A UPPER MIDDLE LEFT
 CORNER OF THE TENANT SPACE THE ROOM LABELED DESIGN
 STUDIO SHOW THE EXIT LIGHT TO THE EXIT ACCESS CORRIDOR,
 BUT THERE IS NO DIRECTIONAL LIGHT LEADING THE OCCUPANTS
 TO THE DESIGN STUDIO. EXIT DIRECTIONAL LIGHTS REQUIRED.

 INTO THE DESIGN STUDIO, SHOULD SWING IN THE DIRECTION

 MORE, SEE 1010.1.2.1 DIRECTION OF SWING.
  
 8) LIFE SAFETY PLAN NOTE 10 NEEDS THE FOLLOWING
 NOTATION ON THE PLANS, THIS SIGN SHALL BE IN LETTERS 1
 INCH HIGH ON A CONTRASTING BACKROUND.1010.1.9.3.2.2.
  
 9) SHEET 1.0A FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A KITCHENETTE WITH
 WHEELCHAIR, IS THIS AN ACTIVE COUNTER AND SINK BASE
 CABINET AND COUNTERTOP? IF SO, PROVIDE DETAIL IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH 606 LAVATORIES AND SINKS> 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES
 AND SINKS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE
 HIGHER OF THE RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
