 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) GAS ISO #1 & #2: PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL LOW
 PRESSURE PIPING RUN LENGTH FROM THE REGULATOR TO THE
 RANGE- SEC. G2413.14.1 FBC RES. IT APPEARS THE RUN IS
 GREATER THAN 20 FT. SO THE 1/2-INCH GALVANIZED AND
 3/4-IINCH CSST (25-EHD) ARE UNDERSIZED PER TABLES
 G24134(1) [402.4(2)], AND G2413.4(5) [402.4(15) ].
  
 2) SURVEY: PLEASE PROVIDE A CLEARER APPLIANCE AND
 PIPING LOCATION PLAN THAT CLEARLY SHOWS THE ACTUAL
 PHYSICAL LOCATIONS OF THE NEW POOL HEATER, THE BBQ, THE
 TANKLESS WATER HEATER AND THE DRYER- SEC. 107.2.1 WPB.
 THE PLAN SHALL PROVIDE DETAILS AND NOTES IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE FBC RES ITEMS A, B, C, ,& E LISTED BELOW.
 A) PE PIPING SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNDER ANY PORTION
 OF THE EXISTING BUILDINGS- SEC. G2415.17.1.
 B) THE GAS BBQ SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH CLEARANCES TO
 COMBUSTIBLES PER THE MANUFACTURER???S INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAY REQUIRE AN EXHAUST HOOD AND DUCT
 IF INSTALLED UNDER OVERHEAD COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION-
 SEC. G2447.1.
 C) THE TANKLESS WATER HEATER SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH
 CLEARANCES PER THE MANUFACTURER AND THE EXHAUST SHALL
 BE MINIMUM 4 FT. AWAY FROM OPENINGS INTO THE BUILDING
 INCLUDING OPERABLE WINDOWS AND DOORS, AND SOFFIT VENTS-
 SECS. G2447.2.2, G2427.8 & G2448.1. PLEASE NOTE THE
 MOST STRINGENT CLEARANCES SHALL APPLY.
 D) SHOW THE ROOM THE DRYER WILL BE LOCATED IN AND THE
 ROOM DIMENSIONS. PROVIDE COMBUSTION AIR AND EXHAUST
 VENTILATION FOR THE DRYER- SEE SECS. G2407.1, G2438.1 &
 G2439.1.
 E) PLEASE NOTE A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 POOL HEATER HOWEVER THE CURRENT PLAN SHALL SHOW THE
 UNIT WILL BE INSTALLED WITH CLEARANCES PER THE
 MANUFACTURER AND THE EXHAUST SHALL BE MINIMUM 4 FT.
 AWAY FROM OPENINGS INTO THE BUILDING INCLUDING OPERABLE
 WINDOWS AND DOORS, AND SOFFIT VENTS- SECS. G2447.2.2,
 G2427.8 & G2441.1. PLEASE NOTE THE MOST STRINGENT

 3) SURVEY: IT APPEARS THE TANKLESS WATER HEATER IS
 BEING INSTALLED AT THE GARAGE. PLEASE CLARIFY IF THE
 GARAGE IS BEING CONVERTED INTO LIVING SPACE AND INCLUDE
 INSTALLATION OF NEW PLUMBING FIXTURES AND PIPING- SEC.
 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 4) THE GAS RISER DRAWINGS AND LOCATION PLAN SHALL BEAR
 THE PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE CONTRACTOR WHO
 PREPARED THE DRAWING- SEC. 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
