 BUILDING 1007.2 SNOW AND WIND LOADS.
 BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES SUBJECT TO A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY WHERE SUCH CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF OCCUPANCY
 RESULTS IN HIGHER WIND OR SNOW RISK CATEGORIES BASED ON
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING TABLE 1604.5,
 (HIGH-VELOCITY HURRICANE ZONES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTION 1620) SHALL BE ANALYZED AND SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THE APPLICABLE WIND OR SNOW LOAD PROVISIONS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 2) THIS STRUCTURE IS CONSIDERED A THRESHOLD BUILDING
 PER FS 553.71 12) "THRESHOLD BUILDING" MEANS ANY
 BUILDING WHICH IS GREATER THAN THREE STORIES OR 50 FEET
 IN HEIGHT, OR WHICH HAS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION AS DEFINED IN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE
 WHICH EXCEEDS 5,000 SQUARE FEET IN AREA AND AN OCCUPANT
 CONTENT OF GREATER THAN 500 PERSONS.
  
 A) PLEASE READ AND FILL OUT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS PER
 THE "GUIDELINES AND POLICIES FOR PROJECTS CONCERNING
 THRESHOLD/SPECIAL INSPECTORS AND RESIDENT INSPECTORS".
 YOU CAN E MAIL ME AND ASK FOR A COPY. FBC WPB AMENDMENT
 110.8.1 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR
 THRESHOLD BUILDINGS A SPECIAL INSPECTOR AS REQUIRED BY
 553.79(5) FLORIDA STATUTES TO THE MINIMUM INSPECTIONS
 REQUIRED BY THIS CODE. THE THRESHOLD INSPECTION FORMS
 ARE REQUIRED TO BE FILED OUT BY ALL PARTIES WITH
 INTEREST, NOTARIZED AND RETURNED TO THIS OFFICE, AND
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE WILL TAKE
 PLACE.
  
 B) PLEASE PROVIDE A SPECIAL INSPECTOR PLAN - FBC WPB

 C) THRESHOLD BLDG. REQUIRED STATEMENT: FBC WPB
 110.8.4.4 ALL PLANS FOR THE BUILDING WHICH ARE REQUIRED
 TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER OF
 RECORD SHALL CONTAIN A STATEMENT THAT, TO THE BEST OF
 THE ARCHITECT'S OR ENGINEER'S KNOWLEDGE, THE PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE MINIMUM
 BUILDING CODES AND THE APPLICABLE FIRE-SAFETY STANDARDS
 AS DETERMINED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THIS SECTION AND CHAPTER 633 FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE A NOTE ON THE DRAWING FOR THE
 INTERIOR WALL, FLOOR AND CEILING FIRE CLASSIFICATION

 4) ALL DRAWINGS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
 DESIGNER - FBC WPB 107.1 - SIGNED AND SEALED DRAWINGS
 IN PROJECTDOX NEED TO BE DIGITALLY/ELECTRONICALLY
 SIGNED TO BE USED IN ELECTRONIC PLAN REVIEW. (A
 CERTIFICATE-BASED DIGITAL SIGNATURE (OFTEN JUST CALLED
 A DIGITAL SIGNATURE) IS A SPECIFIC TYPE OF
 E-SIGNATURE).
  
 5) THIS BUILDING IS IN A FEMA FLOOD ZONE AE 7 - PLEASE
 PROVIDE A BUILDING ONLY MARKET VALUE FOR THIS BUILDING
 (APPRAISAL ETC.) - THIS IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE IF THE
 RENOVATION TO THIS BUILDING IS A SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENT FBC SECTION202 SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT. ANY
 REPAIR, RECONSTRUCTION, REHABILITATION, ALTERATION,
 ADDITION OR OTHER IMPROVEMENT OF A BUILDING OR
 STRUCTURE, THE COST OF WHICH EQUALS OR EXCEEDS 50
 PERCENT OF THE MARKET VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE BEFORE THE
