 REPEAT COMMENT. PLANS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY
 THE ARCHITECT SHOWN ON THE TITLE BLOCK.

 EXISTING STAIRS HAVE CERAMIC TILE. NO CHANGE IN FINISH
 FLOORING. NEW CERAMIC TILE INSTALLATION TO BE
 NON-SLIPPERY AND INSTALLATION TO MATCH EXISTING ONE,
 INCLUDING VISUAL CONTACT ON TREAD NOSINGS (SEC. 504
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY).
 NOTE: SEE PHOTO OF EXISTING STAIRS FOR REFERENCE.
