 AT THE UTILITY CONNECTION AND THE GREASE TRAP REQUIRE
 SEPARATE PERMITS THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE APPLIED FOR
 PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE PRIMARY PERMIT (AS
 APPLICABLE). YOU CAN SUBMIT AN APPLICATION "TBD" (TO BE
 DETERMINED) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACTOR SELECTED BY
 EMAILING A COMPLETED PERMIT APPLICATION TO
 [email protected]. AFTER YOU HAVE THE PERMIT(S)
 GENERATED, NOTIFY ME VIA EMAIL OR NOTE IN THE RESPONSE
 LETTER AND I WILL COMPLY THIS COMMENT.
 A) PLEASE PROVIDE A PROJECTED GREASE CALCULATION WITH
 INTERCEPTOR DETAILS
 B) THE GREASE WASTE HAS ONLY ONE RISER. IF IT IS THE
 INTENT TO PROVIDE GREASE WASTE ACCESS TO ALL THREE
 STORE FRONTS, SHOW CONTINUATION TO ALL THREE .

 ONE TRAP UPSTREAM OF THE VENTED FIXTURE'S CONNECTION.
 2020 FPC 912.2.1 - ONLY ONE FIXTURE IS ALLOWED TO BE
 UPSTREAM OF THE VENTED FIXTURE'S CONNECTION TO THE
 HORIZONTAL WET VENT. CURRENTLY, THE SHOWER AND WATER
 CLOSET ARE BOTH UPSTREAM.
  
 6. SEVERAL PLACES THROUGHOUT THE WATER RISERS THE HW
 AND CW ARE MISLABLED AND CRISS CROSSED. CHECK FOR
 ACCURACY.
  
 7. P7.00 DETAIL #1 - OVERALL SANITARY RISER - PLEASE
 ADD THE VENT STACKS TO THE SANITARY RISER.
  
 8. P7.01 DETAIL #1 -- 2017 WPB AMENDS 107.3.5.1.3 - FOR
 CLARITY, WHERE DO THE CONDENSATE RISERS TERMINATE? THEY
 NEED TO BE VENTED AND VENTS NEED TO TERMINATE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 903,
  
 9. 2017 WPB AMENDS 107.3.5.1.3 - PLEASE DETAIL THE
 STORM RISERS FOR ROOF DRAINAGE AND INCLUDE THE GPM FOR
 EACH RISER AND HORIZONTAL.

 SUMP PUMP FOR THE ELEVATOR SHAFTS THAT INCLUDES THE OIL

 11. 2020 FPC 403.1.1 - FLOORS 1 APPEARS TO HAVE A
 REQUIREMENT FOR TWO BATHROOMS, 1 MALE AND 1 FEMALE.
 ONLY ONE IS PROVIDED. PER 403.2.1 - YOU COULD PROVIDE
 FAMILY OR ASSISTED-USE TOILET FACILITIES, BUT STILL ARE
 REQUIRED TO PROVIDE 2 BATHROOMS.
  
 12. 2020 FPC 403.1.1 - FLOOR 2 - THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 REQUIRES MORE WATER CLOSETS THAN THOSE PROVIDED.
  
 13. 2020 FPC 403.1.1 - FLOOR 3 - THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 TABLE HAS 2ND FLOOR IN THE COLUMN TO THE LEFT BUT IS
 FOR FLOOR 3. AND IT APPEARS THAT THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 NEEDS TO BE RECONFIGURED. IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE
 ACCURATE. PLEASE CHECK AND RECONFIGURE.
  
 14. 2017 WPB AMENDS 107.3.5.1.3 - PLEASE INCLUDE THE
 HOT WATER PIPING DETAILS AND WHERE THE HOT WATER SOURCE
 WILL BE.

 107.3.5.1.3 - ALTHOUGH THE POOL WILL BE ON A SEPARATE
 PERMIT, PLEASE DETAIL A COMPLIANT DRAIN FOR THE

 NOTE FOR POOL DISCHARGE:
 SEC 90 - 205 EXCEPTIONS TO DISCHARGING POOL WASTE INTO
 STORM WATER SYSTEM
  SWIMMING POOL WATER SHALL NOT BE DISCHARGED TO
 SANITARY SEWER WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE PUBLIC
 UTILITIES DEPARTMENT.
  SWIMMING POOL WATER MAY BE DISCHARGED TO THE CITY
 STORM WATER SEWER ONLY IF THE WATER IS DECHLORINATED
 ACCORDING TO SECTION 90-205(1) OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES. SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATION FOR THE DICHLORINATION SYSTEM FOR REVIEW
 AND STAMPING BEFORE THE INSPECTION. AT THE TIME OF POOL
 WATER DISCHARGE, THE FOLLOWING WILL BE REQUIRED:
  - THE RECEIVING INLET MUST BE PROTECTED (FILTER CLOTH
 TO KEEP EXCESS SEDIMENTS FROM ROADWAY WASHING INTO THE
 INLET).
  - NO DISCHARGE HOSE CAN BE DIRECTLY INSERTED INTO THE
 INLET TO DISCHARGE EFFLUENT.
  - WHENEVER POSSIBLE, DISCHARGE EFFLUENT SHALL BE
 ALLOWED TO FILTER THROUGH GRASS AREA ON THE POOL
 OWNER'S PROPERTY BEFORE DISCHARGING ON CITY PROPERTY.
  - DISCHARGE SHALL NOT FLOOD STREETS OR NEIGHBORING
 PROPERTY.
