 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE PLANS AS SUBMITTED LEAVE THE BUILDING AS A SHELL
 BUILDING, NOT A RENOVATION WHERE A CO OR TCO WILL BE
 REQUIRED, MISSING FLOOR SLABS, PLUMBING JUST STUBBED
 UP, NO INTERIOR WALLS OR FINISHES, THIS PERMIT SHOULD
 BE LABELED A RENOVATION TO A SHELL BUILDING.

 2A) PLEASE PROVIDE A DIGITAL SOILS REPORT BY UNIVERSAL
 ENGINEERING SCIENCES DATED FEB. 07.2022. AS STATED ON
 PLAN: THE GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION REPORT
 RECOMMENDATIONS SHALL SUPERSEDE THE MINIMUM CRITERIA
 STATED IN THE STRUCTURAL GENERAL NOTES.

 DEALING WITH SLAB ON GROUND INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 TERMITE PROTECTION FOUND IN 1816.1 OF THE 2020

 3) BUILDING PROVISO: SHEET S.002 HAS HEADING DEALING
 WITH WELDING & STRUCTURAL STEEL FOR THE PROJECT. WELDED
 OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS. THIS BUILDING CONTAINS EITHER
 BOLTED AND OR WELDED CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS
 REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS &
 WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED STANDARDS AT TIME OF
 INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON THE JOB-SITE
 WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED.
 THE OWNER MAY JUST HIRE A 3RD PARTY ENGINEERING FIRM TO
 COMPLETE AND APPROVE THE FORMER INSPECTIONS. REPORTS
 SUBMITTED TO BUILDING INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAMING

 PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 SELF-ADHERED FLASHINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH AAMA-711.
 4E) ROOFING: FOR ALL ROOFING PRODUCTS PLEASE IDENTIFY
 ALL ROOFING SUB-SYSTEMS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED PRESSURES
 FOR ROOF ZONE # 1. REVIEW THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 LIMITATIONS, IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS ALLOWED FOR ROOF
 ZONES 2 & 3. FASTENER DENSITIES SHALL BE INCREASED FOR
 BOTH INSULATION & THE BASE SHEET AS CALCULATED IN

 BUILDING CODE (2003 EDITION). 2003 IBC-B 1007.1 WHERE
 MORE THAN ONE MEANS OF EGRESS IS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS
