 PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND MARKED
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DESIGNER OF RECORD FBC WPB

 3) PLEASE SHOW THE ROOF SHEATHING TYPE AND THICKNESS -

 4) DRAWING A-1.01 TYPICAL WALL SECTION SHOWS ATTIC
 VENTILATION AND SPRAY FOAM INSULATION - SHOULD NOT HAVE
 ATTIC VENTILATION WITH FOAM ATTACHED TO THE UNDERSIDE
 OF THE ROOF SHEATHING. SEE FOAM INSULATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND PROVIDE THOSE INSTRUCTIONS. (ICC - ES EVALUATION
 REPORT) - FBC R316.3 SURFACE BURNING CHARACTERISTICS.
 UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED IN SECTION R316.5, FOAM
 PLASTIC OR FOAM PLASTIC CORES USED AS A COMPONENT IN
 MANUFACTURED ASSEMBLIES USED IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
 SHALL HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 75 AND
 SHALL HAVE A SMOKE-DEVELOPED INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 450
 WHEN TESTED IN THE MAXIMUM THICKNESS AND DENSITY
 INTENDED FOR USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E84 OR UL 723.
  
 5) PLEASE SHOW THE STORM WATER FLOW AWAY FROM THE
 BUILDING AND AWAY FROM THE ADJACENT PROPERTY - FBC WPB
 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE
 PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD
 AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT
 SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY. (PLEASE PROVIDE CUT
