 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) 2ND REQUEST THE TOTAL COST FOR THE JOB WILL ALSO
 INCLUDE OWNER SUPPLIED HATCH. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 2) 2ND REQUEST. NO FLOOR/ ROOF PLAN WAS SUBMITTED TO
 SHOW THE LOCATION WHERE WORK IS TO OCCUR. 2020 WEST
 PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 3) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS PERMITTED AS AN
 OPEN PARKING GARAGE SO THERE ARE PRESSURES ASSOCIATED
 WITH ROOF HATCHES WITHIN A OPEN PARKING GARAGE, THIS IS
 A HIGHRISE BUILDING. PLEAS REVIEW IN THE 2020
 FBC-BUILDING CODE
 SECTION 406.5.2. THERE ARE PRESSURES ASSOCIATED WITH
 THIS LOCATION.
 1ST ROUND COMMENT. ONCE THE LOCATION IS KNOWN FOR THE
 ROOF HATCH PLEASE PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA WITH
 ASSOCIATED PRESSURES, IF TRUE ROOF HATCH THEN PROVIDE
 WHICH ROOF ZONE 1,2, OR 3 AND ASSOCIATED PRESSURES.
 2020 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 3.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.

 3.3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC.

 FABRICATION INC. DOES NOT SHOW ANY ENGINEERING NOR
 PRODUCT APPROVAL, EITHER A MIAMI-DADE NOA OR FLORIDA
 APPROVAL, IF NOT THEN SITE SPECIFIC WEST PALM BEACH
 APPROVAL WILL BE REQUIRED. PLEASE PROVIDE APPROVAL OR
 REQUEST CITY FORMS.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
