 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE PLANS SPECIFY THAT THE EXISTING FLOORING IN THE
 ENTIRE UNIT IS BEING REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW
 CERAMIC TILE FLOORING. SPECIFY THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE
 OF NEW FLOORING, DESCRIPTION OF EXISTING SITE
 CONDITIONS: THICKNESS OF SLAB (B) FLOOR/CEILING
 ASSEMBLY BELOW (EXPOSED CONCRETE, SUSPENDED GYPSUM OR
 ACOUSTICAL AND THE TEST REPORTS FOR THE PROPOSED
 UNDERLAYMENT BASED ON THE EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS. THE
 TEST REPORTS SHALL BE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING ASTM'S:
 E-84, E-90 & E-492.
  
 2) THE VALUATION ON YOUR APPLICATION IS LOW FOR THE
 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK. SUBMIT AN ITEMIZED COST
 BREAKDOWN. BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF FBC 109.3 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 3) THE FLOORING INSTALLATION DOES NOT FALL UNDER THE
 SCOPE ALLOWED BY A CFC LICENSE. YOU WILL NEED TO SUB
 OUT THE FLOORING WORK OR REMOVE IT FROM YOUR SCOPE OF
 WORK AND LET IT BE A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 4) PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH
 OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
