 1.PROJECT IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA
 (SFHA). THE FLOOD ZONE DESIGNATION FOR THIS SITE IS AE
 WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE) OF 6'0" NAVD.
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH (THROUGH ORDINANCE NO.
 4729-17) REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL 24 INCHES OF FREEBOARD.
 THE DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION (DFE) SHALL BE AT OR ABOVE
 8'0" NAVD.
  
 SUBMIT PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE FBC R322.2 AND FEMA 50% RULE.
  
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATES REQUIRED. SEE NFIP REVIEW
 COMMENTS.
  
 2.PROVIDE A COPY OF THE MOST RECENT BOUNDARY LINE
 SURVEY.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH

 3.PROVIDE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR NEW ROOFING PER

 RE-EVALUATE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ZONE 3 ROOFING PER
 FBC RES TABLE R301.2(2). ROOF PITCH 5/12. ROOF SLOPE
 22.6 DEGREES. EXPOSURE C. ADJUSTMENT COEFFICIENT 1.21.
  
 4.PROVIDE A ROOF SHEATHING FASTENER SCHEDULE PER THE
 ENHANCED CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES OF ZONES 2 AND 3.
 TABLE R301.2.1.2 WINDBORNE DEBRIS PROTECTION FASTENING
 SCHEDULE FOR WOOD STRUCTURAL PANELS.
  
 5. PROVIDE SHOP DRAWINGS, REVIEWED AND APPROVED FOR
 ALUMINUM STAIRS.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH 107.2.5.
  
 6.PROVIDE LOCATION OF ATTIC ACCESS PER R807.1.7.
 R807.1.7 BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION SHALL HAVE AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING TO
 ATTIC AREAS THAT HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES
 (762 MM) OR GREATER OVER AN AREA OF NOT LESS THAN 30
 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M2).
  
 7.PROVIDE A WINDOW AND DOOR FLASHING DETAIL OR THE
 SPEC. SHEET OF A FLUID APPLIED MEMBRANE.
