 (STAIRCASE, FRONT STEPS, ETC.,). RUNOFF FROM GUTTERS IS
 CAUSING DISCOLORATION.
 BUILDING C???S REAR EXTERIOR STUCCO IS DAMAGED, IT
 APPEARS AS THOUGH WATER IS GETTING THROUGH THAT IS
 CAUSING FURTHER DETERIORATION TO THE SIDING AND SIDE
 WALL.
 REPLACE ALL DAMAGED SIDINGS
 REAR UNIT IN BUILDING C INSTALLED PAVERS IN REAR OF
 AREA WITHOUT PERMIT, REMOVE PAVERS OR ACQUIRE PERMIT.
 SHINGLES ON EVERY BUILDING INCLUDING LEASING OFFICE IS
 DAMAGED AND IS DISCOLORED, RUNOFF FROM ROOF HAS CAUSED
 SOME SHINGLES TO COMPLETELY DETERIORATE AND WILL NEED
 TO BE REPLACED.
 BUILDING A???S SIDINGS ARE ALL DAMAGED, REPLACE ALL
 DAMAGED SIDINGS. UNIT A208 DOOR FRAMES NEED TO BE
 PROPERLY INSTALLED, REMOVE ALL ROTTED WOOD. UNIT A207
 WINDOW FRAME IS DAMAGED, REMOVE ALL ROTTED WOOD.
 ACQUIRE PROPER PERMIT
 REPLACE ALL MISSING SHINGLES
 STAIRCASES ARE RUSTED AND DISCOLORED, REPAINT AND
 REPAIR AREAS THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY SECURED

 PROVIDE PROPER COVER FOR EXTERIOR ATTIC
 THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY WHERE THE FENCE WAS REMOVED
 AND IS NOW BARE, WILL NEED TO HAVE GROUND COVER
 INSTALLED. AT THIS TIME, I HAVE REACHED OUT TO PLANNING
 AND ZONING AND THEY WILL PROVIDE ME WITH APPROVED
 LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR THAT AREA. I WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC
 DIRECTIONS ONCE THEY ARE PROVIDED TO ME.
 REMOVE ALL OUTDOOR STORAGE FROM PATIOS.
  
 THE COMPLIANCE DATE WILL BE JUNE 22ND, 2023. IF CODE
 ENFORCEMENT IS NOT CONTACTED BY THE APPLICANT BY WAY OF
 EMAIL/PHONE CALL FOR THE RE-INSPECTION/EXTENSION WITHIN
 10 DAYS AFTER THAT DEADLINE (06/22/2023), THE LIEN
 REDUCTION APPLICATION IS TO BE DEEMED DENIED AND WILL
 BE CLOSED.
