 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A SOIL REPORT.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE
 BUILDING, THE BASE FLOOD DELINEATION LINES AND THE FEMA
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATIONS.
  
 3) CRAWL SPACE = ADDED AIR VENTS WILL NOT WORK FOR
 FLOOD VENTS UNLESS THE LOUVER OPENINGS ARE 3" APART -
 R322.2.2 ENCLOSED AREA BELOW DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION.
 (2.2.) OPENINGS SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 3 INCHES (76 MM)
 IN ANY DIRECTION IN THE PLANE OF THE WALL. R408.7 FLOOD
 RESISTANCE.
 FOR BUILDINGS LOCATED IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS AS
 ESTABLISHED IN TABLE R301.2(1):
  
 A).WALLS ENCLOSING THE UNDER-FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH FLOOD OPENINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 R322.2.2.
  
 B).THE FINISHED GROUND LEVEL OF THE UNDER-FLOOR SPACE
 SHALL BE EQUAL TO OR HIGHER THAN THE OUTSIDE FINISHED
 GROUND LEVEL ON AT LEAST ONE SIDE.
  
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE A PROPOSED ELEVATION CERTIFICATE -
 FBC WPB 107.3.5
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE FLOOD VENT CERTIFICATION/EVALUATION
 AND PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 6) THE TOILET ROOM IN THE GARAGE WILL NEED FLOOD VENTS
