 1) CURRENTLY, NO PERMITS FOR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY HAVE
 BEEN ISSUED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT SINCE NONE OF THE VIBRO
 PERMITS HAVE BEEN APPROVED. ZONING WILL NOT PASS THE
 CONSTRUCTION FENCE REVISIONS UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE
 VIBRO PERMITS ARE ISSUED.
  
 2) THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION
 FENCE PERMIT 21081303 SHOWS WATER METERS ON A FEW OF
 THE PARCELS WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE FENCE PLAN. YOU
 ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN EASEMENT CONSENT FORM
 APPROVED BY THE CITY'S DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES
 CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO UTILITY EASEMENTS ARE SHOWN WITHIN
 THE PROJECT BOUNDARY, SO YOU DO NOT NEED TO PROVIDE
 CONSENT FROM THE PRIVATE UTILITY PROVIDERS.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE FENCE PLAN SHOWS PINEWOOD
 AVENUE, NORTHWOOD ROAD, 24TH STREET, AND TWO ALLEYS
 (ALL WEST OF BROADWAY) INCLUDED WITHIN THE FENCE
 BOUNDARY. THESE RIGHTS-OF-WAY HAVE NOT YET BEEN
 APPROVED FOR ABANDONMENT, SO ANY BLOCKING OF THESE
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PERMIT FROM THE CITY'S ENGINEERING DIVISION. A COPY OF
 THE APPROVED RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT PERMITTING FENCING OF
 THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THIS PERMIT.
 ONCE THESE RIGHTS-OF-WAY ARE ABANDONED, THEN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT REQUIREMENT NO LONGER APPLIES. ****
 ONLY THE RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT APPLICATION WAS INCLUDED
 WITH THIS SUBMITTAL.
  
 4) UPDATED COMMENT: TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCES
 INSTALLED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION SHALL BE SUBJECT TO
 THE VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIONS REQUIREMENTS OF
 SUBSECTION 94-305(E) OF THIS CODE. PROVIDE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS REQUIREMENT. **** THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE IS
 MEASURED FROM THE PROPERTY LINE CORNER, NOT WHERE THE
 STREETS INTERSECT. THE DRAWING NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO
 SHOW THE PROPER VISIBILITY TRIANGLE LOCATION.
  
 5) PLEASE NOTE THAT TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCES MAY
 NOT BE ERECTED UNTIL A DEMOLITION PERMIT OR BUILDING
 PERMIT FOR THE LAND DISTURBING CONSTRUCTION OR LAND
 DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES HAS BEEN ISSUED, AND NO MORE
 THAN TEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF LAND
 DISTURBING CONSTRUCTION OR LAND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.
