 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) THE HIGHER ROOF SCUPPERS NEED TO BE LEVEL WITH THE
 ROOF - THE HIGHER ROOF OVER FLOW SCUPPERS NEED TO BE AS
 SHOWN ON THE PLAN - BOTH ARE REQUIRED -
  
 1503.4.2 SCUPPERS.
 WHERE REQUIRED FOR ROOF DRAINAGE, A SCUPPER SHALL BE
 PLACED LEVEL WITH THE ROOF SURFACE IN A WALL OR
 PARAPET. THE SCUPPER SHALL BE LOCATED AS DETERMINED BY
 THE SLOPE AND THE CONTRIBUTING AREA OF THE ROOF. THE
 EXTERIOR FACING OR LINING OF A SCUPPER, IF METAL, SHALL
 BE THE SAME AS FLASHING MATERIAL REQUIRED BY SECTIONS
 1503 THROUGH 1510 FOR THE PARTICULAR TYPE OF COVERING
 SPECIFIED FOR THE BUILDING. FOR OTHER TYPE MATERIALS,
 FOLLOW MANUFACTURER???S SPECIFICATIONS.
  
 1503.4.2.1 OVERFLOW SCUPPERS.
 WHEN OTHER MEANS OF DRAINAGE OF OVERFLOW WATER IS NOT
 PROVIDED, OVERFLOW SCUPPERS SHALL BE PLACED IN WALLS OR
 PARAPETS NOT LESS THAN 2 INCHES (51 MM) NOR MORE THAN 4
 INCHES (102 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED ROOF COVERING AND
 SHALL BE LOCATED AS CLOSE AS PRACTICAL TO REQUIRED
 VERTICAL LEADERS OR DOWNSPOUTS OR WALL AND PARAPET
 SCUPPERS. AN OVERFLOW SCUPPER SHALL BE SIZED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, PLUMBING.
  
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE STORM WATER DRAINAGE FLOW AWAY FROM
 THE BUILDING AND AWAY FROM THE ADJACENT PROPERTY ON THE
 SITE PLAN OR PROVIDE A STORM WATER DRAINAGE PLAN - FBC
 WPB 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE
 ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE
 AND LOCATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING
 STRUCTURES ON THE SITE, DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE
 ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED
 GRADES, DEPICTING THE PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS
 APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN
 FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH AN ACCURATE AND INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY LINE
 SURVEY. (PLEASE PROVIDE CUT SECTIONS FOR ANY PROPOSED
 WATER RETAINING SWALES)
  
 3) DRAWINGS CVR, G1.0, G1.1, G1.2, SP1.0, SP1.1, SP1.2,
 LSP1.0, D1.0, D2.0, A1.0, A1.1, A1.2, A1.3, A1.4, A1.5,
 A2.1, A2.0, A3.0, A3.1, A4.0, A5.0, A5.1, A6.0, A6.1,
 A6.2, A7.0, S1.0, S2.1, S2.2, S4.4 NEED TO BE SIGNED
 AND SEALED BY THE DESIGNER - SIGNED AND SEALED DRAWINGS
 IN PROJECTDOX NEED TO BE DIGITALLY/ELECTRONICALLY
 SIGNED TO BE USED IN ELECTRONIC PLAN REVIEW. (A
 CERTIFICATE-BASED DIGITAL SIGNATURE (OFTEN JUST CALLED
 A DIGITAL SIGNATURE) IS A SPECIFIC TYPE OF
