 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THERE ARE 9-11 LOTS THAT NEED TO BE REPLATED AND
 RECEIVE A NEW PARCEL CONTROL NUMBER.
  
 2) SOILS REPORT ADDENDUM TO GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING
 STUDY OLARA 1919 N FLAGLER LANGAN PROJECT NO 300301501.
 THIS REPORT STILL SEEMS TO BE A PRELIMINARY STUDY FOR
 THE DESIGN TEAM AND OWNERS TO DECIDE WHICH OPTIONS ARE
 TO BE CONSIDERED FOR STRENGTHENING OF THE SOILS. THE
 OTHER ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE DETERMINED IS THE
 SPECIALTY CONTRACTOR AND METHODS THEY WILL USE FOR SOIL
 DENSIFICATION. THE ENGINEERING REPORT ALSO REFERS TO
 THE POTENTIAL PRESENCE OF OBSTRUCTIONS BASED ON
 PREVIOUS DEVELOPMENT AND STRUCTURES, IN PLANNING THE
 EXECUTION OF GROUND DEVELOPMENT. THE SPECIALTY
 CONTRACTOR SHOULD SUBMIT DETAILED DESIGN CALCULATIONS
 AND SHOP DRAWINGS INDICATING THE LOCATION OF ALL
 PROPOSED DENSIFICATION PROBES, ASSUMPTIONS, SOILS
 PARAMETERS, ETC. NO SOILS CONTRACTOR HAS SIGNED ONTO
 THIS PERMIT NOR SUBMITTED DETAILED DESIGN CALCULATIONS
 AND SHOP DRAWINGS INDICATING THE LOCATION OF ALL
 PROPOSED DENSIFICATION PROBES, ASSUMPTIONS, SOILS
 PARAMETERS, ETC.
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 3) SHEET 001 THE GROUND IMPROVEMENT PLAN SHOWS AREAS
 WHERE GROUND IMPROVEMENT IS TO OCCUR BUT THERE ARE
 BUILDINGS STANDING IN SOME OF THE AREAS. WHERE THE
 STRUCTURES STILL STAND ARE THE STRUCTURES TO BE
 DEMOLISHED AND FURTHER GROUND IMPROVEMENT TO OCCUR IN
 THESE AREAS LATER? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
