 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA

 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION STATES DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
 INSTALL UNDERLAYMENT FOR LVT TILE OVER EXISTING TILE.
 THE VALUE OF THE PROJECT IS $1,500.00 DOLLARS. PLEASE
 NOTE THE CONTRACTOR HAS NOT PROVIDED THE SQUARE FEET OF
 THE PROJECT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF UNDERLAYMENT AND
 LVT TILE. FLOORING VALUATION. THE PERMIT VERIFICATION
 OF VALUE COULD NOT OCCUR THIS REVIEW SINCE THE SQ. FT.
 AREA AND FLOOR PRODUCT NOR UNDERLAYMENT WERE NOT
 PROVIDED.
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING OR ALTERATION APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON
 THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDING OR
 ALTERATION THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 THE ALTERATION SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO
 INCLUDE THE DEMOLITION, DISPOSAL OF DEBRIS, FLOOR FLASH
 PATCH, UNDERLAYMENT COST AND LABOR, THE FLOOR FINISH
 COST OF MATERIALS AND LABOR PLUS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE

 THERE IS NO NEED FOR STRUCTURE BORNE SOUND (STC)
 REQUIREMENT NOR THE AIR BORNE SOUND (IIC) REQUIREMENT
 BUT THERE STILL IS THE REQUIREMENT FBC-B 804.4.4.1 SOFT
 FLOOR FINISHES (LVT/ LPT OR LAMINATED OR ENGINEERED
 WOOD FLOORING) WITHIN TENANT SPACE. INTERIOR FLOOR
 COVERING MATERIALS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE COC FF-1 ???PILL TEST??? (CPSC 16 CFR PART 1630)
 OR WITH ASTM D2859.
 LVT & LPT LUXURY VINYL TILE. FLOOR FINISH
 CLASSIFICATION AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 804.2

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
