 NONCOMMERCIAL MESSAGE WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DECLARED BY A
 COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO BE OBSCENE,
 DEFAMATORY, OR OTHERWISE CONTRARY TO LAW.
 B.MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL AREA OF ALL LOW FREESTANDING SIGNS
 ON FRONT STREET: ONE SQUARE FOOT FOR EACH ONE LINEAR
 FOOT OF FRONT STREET FRONTAGE OF THE LOTS ON WHICH
 LOCATED.
 C.MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL AREA OF ALL LOW FREESTANDING SIGNS
 ON SIDE STREET FRONTAGE: 0.50 SQUARE FEET FOR EACH ONE
 LINEAR FOOT OF FRONT STREET FRONTAGE OF THE LOTS ON
 WHICH LOCATED.
