 THIS IS A FULL DEMOLITION AND 'NEW' STRUCTURE, THE NEW
 MUST BE BUILT IN COMPLIANCE WITH CODE PROVISIONS.
  
 1. PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION DOES NOT MEET NORA-5 SETBACKS
 (WHICH REQUIRES A 5FT. SETBACK ALONG NORTH RAILROAD
 AVENUE FRONTAGE). MAY NOT MEET THE REAR SETBACK AS
 WELL.
 2. PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION EXCEEDS NORA-5 MAXIMUM
 BUILDING FOOTPRINT (87% FOR GROUND/PODIUM) AND 90% FOR
 2ND FLOOR.
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE SITE PLAN WITH SETBACKS ILLUSTRATED
 AND PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR FOOTPRINT PERCENTAGE.
