 PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE
 QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED
 STANDARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON
 THE JOB-SITE WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL

 BUILDING TYPE. THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION
 603.1.1.3 FIRE RETARDANT TREATED WOOD SHALL BE
 PERMITTED IN ROOF CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING GIRDERS,
 FRAMING AND DECKING.
  
 4) SHEET A101:
 4A) THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS TWO OUTSWING DOORS, IT APPEARS
 THAT THEY SWING OUT OVER THE PROPERTY LINE AND INTO THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY. SEE SECTION 3202.2 2020 FBC-BUILDING
 CODE. SEE SURVEY IT APPEARS THE PROPERTY LINE IS THE
 FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
  
 4B) THE SAME ISSUE APPEARS WITH S2 THE STOREFRONT DOOR
 SYSTEM, THE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE IF THE DOORS WILL
 FOLD OUT OVER THE PROPERTY LINE OR BACK INTO THE
 BUILDING, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR CODE
 COMPLIANCE, 3202.2 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE. SHEET A601
 DETAIL NOT HELPFUL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE

 YOUR NEW FINISH FLOOR LEVEL, IT APPEARS THE CITY
 SIDEWALK IS RAISED AND ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES AT THE NEW
 DOORWAYS, PLEASE PROVIDE WHY THIS OCCURS WITH A NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ON THE EAST AND WEST WALLS? 2020 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER
 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO
 INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING

 SQ. FT. IN AREA AND HAVING A MINIMUM DIMENSION OF 2
