 UNDERLAYMENT. NEED TO SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 UNDERLAYMENT DESIGNED FOR SHINGLES UNDERLAYMENT. NOTE:
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM #2 BELOW.

 PERMIT APPLICATION CALLS ONLY FOR SHINGLES RE-ROOF. IT
 DIDN'T MENTIONED THE FLAT ROOF. AFTER LOOKING AT THE
 ROOF REPORT SUBMITTED ON 12/9/22 IT WAS FOUND THAT REAR
 STRUCTURE HAS A FLAT ROOF.
 FLAT ROOF NOA 18-0919.12: NEED TO SPECIFY WHICH
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY FROM PAGE 63 OF 67 IS GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED AND NEED TO PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7. SEE
 LAST PAGE OF NOA FOR GENERAL LIMITATION #7

 NOTE: CLEARLY SPECIFY WHICH METHOD OF SEC. R905.1.1.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL IS GOING TO BE USED. AND PROVIDE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY F.A.C. 61G20-3.001.
