 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF AWNING PERMIT APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF THE AWNING PERMIT. VALUATION REFERENCES
 MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS FOR LOCATION AS
 PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS.
  
 2) NO SITE PLAN OR SURVEY WAS SUBMITTED SHOWING THE

 IS NO ENGINEERING SHOWING THE WIND DESIGN, VERTICAL
 SUPPORTS NOR FOOTINGS AND ANCHORING OF VERTICAL
 SUPPORTS TO THE FOUNDATION. THERE APPEARS TO BE AN
 ADDITIONAL SIDE SCREEN LOAD ADDED TO THE RIGID FRAME
 AWNING AGAIN NO ENGINEERING. RIGID AWNING. PERMANENT OR
 NON-REMOVABLE FABRIC. FBC-B 3105.4.2.2. THE WIND DESIGN
 LOADS FOR ANY FABRIC OR MEMBRANE COVERED STRUCTURE
 DESIGNED WITH A PERMANENT OR NON-REMOVABLE FABRIC OR
 MEMBRANE, SHALL BE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
 1) MINIMUM WIND SPEED VELOCITY AS REQUIRED IN CHAPTER

 BUILDINGS.
