 THERE IS AN EXISTING FENCE, THEN IT NEEDS TO BE
 INDICATED WHO IS THE OWNER. FENCES OWNED BY THE
 NEIGHBOR DON'T QUALIFY AS PART OF THE POOL BARRIER.
 ONLY FENCES INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED BY THE POOL
 BARRIER OWNER QUALIFY TO COMPLY WITH THE POOL BARRIER
 REQUIREMENTS. SEC. R4501.17 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
