 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND 902.3. ADVISORY
 902.1 GENERAL. EXAMPLES OF WORK SURFACES INCLUDE
 WRITING SURFACES, STUDY CARRELS, STUDENT LABORATORY
 STATIONS, BABY CHANGING AND OTHER TABLES OR FIXTURES
 FOR PERSONAL GROOMING, COUPON COUNTERS, AND WHERE
 COVERED BY THE ADA SCOPING PROVISIONS, EMPLOYEE

 SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING
 WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.

 OF SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE
 A SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF
 NOT LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS
 SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY
 MOISTURE.
 4A) SHEET A1 NOR SHEET A6 SHOW A SERVICE SINK. 2020
 FBC-BUILDING TABLE 2902.1 REQUIRE A SERVICE SINK AND
 THE WALLS OF THE SERVICE SINK WILL NEED TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 1210.2.2. 2020 FBC-B 1210.2.2.
 WALLS & PARTITIONS. THIS COMMENT IS A RESULT OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION ON 06/2020. IN
 BATHROOMS, RESTROOMS & SERVICE SINK AREAS EPOXY PAINT
 IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT
 SURFACE.
  
 4B) 1210.2.2 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF
 SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A
 SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT
 LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL
