 UNIT (22101205). PERMITS SHALL TRAVEL TOGETHER.
  
 1. REFERENCE PLAN PAGE 1 OF 1 FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 1A) CONSTRUCTION TYPE IS STATED AS TYPE IIIB. TYPE IIB
 CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DESIGNED PER THE FBC CHPT. 16
 AND/OR ASCE 7-16 WITH RATED EXTERIOR WALLS.
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE FOR THIS STRUCTURE IS TYPE VB AND CAN
 BE DESIGNED PER FBC RESIDENTIAL CHAPTER 3.
 1B) OCCUPANCY IS STATED AS GROUP VB. THE OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION PER FBC CHPT 3, SECTION 310 IS
 RESIDENTIAL GROUP R-3.
 1C) NEW DECK IS MISSING FROM THE SCOPE OF WORK (SOW).
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH 107.2.5.
  
 2. PROVIDE AN EXISTING FLOOR PLAN FOR BOTH STRUCTURES.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE

 3. PROVIDE REQUIRED DEMENSIONS ON PROPOSED FLOOR PLANS.
 VERIFY CLEARANCES IN BATHROOMS.

 WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH 107.2.5.
  
 4.PROVIDE A COPY OF THE MOST RECENT BOUNDARY LINE
 SURVEY.

 5. PROVIDE A SITE PLAN....
 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE
 AND INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 6. PROVIDE A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN PER FBC R401.3
 IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.

 ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS
 LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS. FBC R314.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
