 NEW OR EXISTING WATER SERVICE BACKFLOW PREVENTER AND
 EQUIPMENT INCLUDING WATER HEATERS AND PLUMBING
 WATER/SANITARY RISER DIAGRAMS AND DETAILS. ADDRESS AS
 APPLICABLE, THE REQUIREMENTS OF WPB FBC 107.3.5.1.3

 3. PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, PLEASE PROVIDE NEW OCCUPANCY
 DESIGNATION AS SPELLED OUT IN FBC SECTION 302 AND
 PROVIDE OCCUPANCY LOAD FOR DESIGNATED CLASSIFICATION AS
 SPELLED OUT IN FBC SECTION 1004 SO THAT A DETERMINATION
 OF MINIMUM PLUMBING FIXTURE REQUIREMENTS CAN BE
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBC PL SECTION 403;
 PROVIDE PLUMBING FIXTURE SCHEDULE SHOWING MINIMUM
 FIXTURE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OCCUPANCY IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH FBC PL TABLE 403.1 AND THE ACTUAL FIXTURES
 PROVIDED.
  
 4. A REVIEW OF MINIMUM PLUMBING FIXTURE REQUIREMENTS AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC ACC IS PART OF THE PLUMBING REVIEW
 PROCESS (SEE FBC PL 404.1) BUT IS TYPICALLY ADDRESSED
 ON THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. ANY COMMENTS CONCERNING
 THESE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE SATISFACTORILY ADDRESSED
 PRIOR TO A PLUMBING REVIEW APPROVAL; PROVIDE PLAN AND
 ELEVATION DETAILS FOR ACCESSIBLE TOILET ROOM
 FACILITIES, DRINKING FOUNTAIN(S) AND ACCESSIBLE SINKS.
 COMPLY WITH FBC ACC CHAPTERS 2, 3 AND 6.
  
 5. VALUE OF JOB MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED BASED UPON A
 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK AND RESUBMITTALS. PROVIDE AN

 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR
 BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO
 MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL (1) CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
