 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) IT IS UNCLEAR (BASED ON A SITE VISIT AND THE
 CONDITION OF THE EXISTING PARKING LOT) IF THE SCOPE OF
 WORK WILL REQUIRE GRINDING, OR IF THE SCOPE IS JUST TO
 RESURFACE WITH ASPHALT. IF THE SCOPE INVOLVES GRINDING,
 THE SITE WILL REQUIRE THE SITE TO COMPLY WITH THE
 LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). IF LANDSCAPE
 IMPROVEMENTS ARE REQUIRED, A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 SHALL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ZONING SIGN-OFF OF THIS
 PERMIT. PLEASE CLARIFY THE COMPLETE SCOPE OF WORK.
  
  
 [11/16/22 REPEAT COMMENT: NOT ADDRESSED. ZONING STAFF
 HAD SPOKE TO EZRA ON 11/18/22. STAFF'S REQUESTED
 CHANGES HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED IN REVISED PLAN.]
  
 2.) A STRIPING DETAIL, CONSISTENT WITH THE STANDARDS OF
 THE CITY'S ZLDRS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT TO
 ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S STANDARDS.
  
 [11/16/22 REPEAT COMMENT: IT IS STILL NOT CLEAR IF THE
 PERMIT IS FOR JUST THE ASPHALT OVERLAY ONLY OR ASPHALT
 AND STRIPING. WHEN STAFF HAD SPOKE TO EZRA ON 11/18/22,
 ERZRA HAD SPECIFIED THAT THE SCOPE OF WORK WOULD BE
 CHANGED TO ASPHALT OVERALY ONLY AND THAT A SEPERATE
 PERMIT WOULD BE SUBMITTED FOR STRIPING. INCORRECT
 STRIPING IS STILL PRESENT IN THE PLANS AND THE SCOPE OF
 WORK HAS NOT BEEN MODIFIED. PLEASE CLARIFY.]
  
 3.) BASED ON THE REQUIRED DIMENSIONS FOR STRIPING AND
 THE SIZE OF THE LOT, THE SITE PLAN MUST CLEARLY DEPICT
 THE EXACT NUMBER OF PARKING STALLS TO BE STRIPED WITHIN
 THE PARKING LOT.

 DRAWN NUMBER OF STALLS IS CLEARLY NOT POSSIBLE.]
