 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA FOR
 STOREFRONT TYPE 1 ONLY ALLOWS A FASCIA IDENTITY SIGN TO
 BE INSTALLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. CITYPLACE RETAIL
 MUST SPECIFICALLY PROVIDE WRITTEN APPROVAL OF A WAIVER
 I TO ALLOW THE CASE BY CASE USE OF A FASCIA IDENTITY
 SIGN AT THIS LOCATION. A WAIVER I PERMITTING THE FASCIA
 IDENTITY SIGN WAS NOT PROVIDED.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT PEG MOUNTED INDIVIDUAL LETTERS FOR EXTERNALLY
 ILLUMINATED FASCIA SIGNS BE MOUNTED A MINIMUM OF ONE
 (1) INCH FROM THE WALL. THE PROPOSED 1.5 INCH OFFSET
 DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT RIVETS, SCREWS AND OTHER FASTENERS THAT EXTEND TO
 VISIBLE SURFACES SHALL BE FLUSH, FILLED AND FINISHED SO
 AS TO BE UNNOTICEABLE. THE NUTS THAT ATTACH THE LEXAN
 BACKS DO NOT MEET THIS STANDARD, SO A CAP, MUST BE
 PROVIDED OVER THESE ENDS.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE LETTERS ARE TO BE FABRICATED OUT OF ALUMINUM
 WITH A MINIMUM METAL THICKNESS OF .060 INCHES WITH A
 PAINTED FINISH. THE SIGN DETAIL DOES NOT PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION OF THE ALUMINUM THICKNESS FOR THE LETTERS.
