 1. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADD REVISIONS DATES TO PLANS
 WHEN RESUBMITTING.
 2. THE PROJECT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE ARTLIFE
 ORDINANCE, PLEASE RESPOND ON HOW THE PROJECT HAS
 COMPLIED.
 3. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE STREETLIGHTS PROPOSED COMPLY
 WITH DOWNTOWN LIGHT STANDARDS, AND IN WHICH DRAWING
 SHOWS.
 4. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON ROOF SHALL BE SCREENED WITH
 A WALL OR SCREENING AS TALL AS THE EQUIPMENT.
 5. AN AERIAL EASEMENT SHALL BE APPROVED BY CITY
 COMMISSION BEFORE T.C.O.
  
 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS SHALL BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF FINAL CO:
 1. A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION WILL NEED TO
 BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION
 PRIOR CO.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF ANY HARDSCAPE,
 LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION, AND ANY OTHER DECORATIVE
 ELEMENT INSTALLED WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY BY THIS
 PROJECT. APPROVAL OF A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
 THE CITY AND THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS WILL
 BE REQUIRED BEFORE FINAL CO. THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE
 ALONG DIXIE HIGHWAY WILL REQUIRE APPROVAL FROM FDOT AND
 A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT.
 3. PROJECT WILL BE REQUIRED TO CONTRIBUTE TO A TRANSIT
 FEE EQUAL TO $10/MONTH PER EACH MICRO UNIT INCLUDED IN
 THE PROJECT. THE FIRST PAYMENT WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME
 OF FINAL CO.
