 PLANS SHOWS THE POOL BACKWASH DRAINING INTO THE
 SANITARY SYSTEM WHICH IS PROHIBITED PER SEC. 90-126 (5)

 BRIDGE ROOF DRAINAGE ON NEW SHEET P-2.1.4 WHICH WAS NOT
 UPLOADED FOR REVIEW.
 SHEETS P-2.2.3, P-2.2.5 & P-5.2.5: PLEASE PROVIDE A
 DIMENSIONED BRIDGE ROOF DRAINAGE PLAN THAT SHOWS THE
 LOCATIONS OF THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY (OVERFLOW) ROOF
 DRAINS, RAINFALL RATE, AND GPM FLOW AT THE RD LOCATION-
 SEC. 1105.1 & 1106.1 FBC P. THE RESPONSE NARRATIVE
 INDICATES A THE ROOF DRAINAGE ON NEW SHEET P-2.1.4
 WHICH WAS NOT UPLOADED FOR REVIEW.

 REQUIRED FOR THE POTABLE WATER BACKFLOW PREVENTER,
 GREASE INTERCEPTOR, IRRIGATION, IRRIGATION BACKFLOW,
 AND POOL. IF REQUESTED GAS CAN ALSO BE UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT. DUE TO A CHANGE IN PROCESS, THE BACKFLOW AND
 GREASE INTERCEPTOR PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED
 PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF THE PLUMBING REVISION. YOU CAN
 SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TBD (TO BE DETERMINED) IF YOU DO
 NOT HAVE A CONTRACTOR SELECTED BY EMAILING A COMPLETED
 PERMIT APPLICATION TO [email protected] . YOU
 WILL RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO PAY FEES AND UPLOAD PLANS.
 YOU MAY UPLOAD PLANS AND PAY FEES AT A FUTURE DATE, BUT
 THE APPLICATION IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. WE RECOMMEND
 THAT YOU PAY FEES AND UPLOAD PLANS AT THE SAME TIME.
 AFTER YOU HAVE THE PERMIT(S) GENERATED, NOTIFY ME VIA
 EMAIL AND I WILL CHANGE THE REVIEW STATUS TO PASS.
  
 NEW COMMENTS BASED ON RESUBMITTED PLANS AND EMAIL
 CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE ENGINEER.
  
 1) SHEETS A-1.2.1, P-2.2.1, P-5.2.4: MISSING FROM THE
 NEW PLUMBING FIXTURE CALCULATIONS AND APPARENTLY FROM
 THE PLAN IS THE REQUIRED SERVICE SINK. THE CALCULATIONS
 DO OMIT VITAL INFORMATION INCLUDING THE OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATIONS AND OCCUPANT LOADS FOR EACH
 CLASSIFICATION, HOWEVER BASED ON THE PLANS AND TABLE
 403.1 IT APPEARS A COMPLIANT NUMBER OF WATER CLOSETS
 AND LAVATORIES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED FOR THE POOL, AND THE
 A AND B OCCUPANCIES. IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT FUTURE
 BATHROOMS WILL UNDER THE RETAIL BUILD-OUT PERMIT.
  
 2) P-2.2.1 & P-5.2.4: 2ND REQUEST TO REVISE THESE
 SHEETS TO SHOW POOL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE DECHLORINATED
 AND DRAINED INTO THE STORM SYSTEM.
