 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA

 1A) DETAIL # 1 COFFEE-1301 DOES NOT PROVIDE THE
 COUNTERTOP HEIGHT FROM FINISH FLOOR. PLEASE REVIEW, IN
 THE 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 902.3 HEIGHT.
 THE TOPS WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND
 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 1B)DETAIL # 1. SINKS> 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 SECTION 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR
 COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 1C) DETAILS 2 & 3 COPY WORK STATIONS SHOW THE HEIGHT OF
 THESE WORK STATIONS @ 3 FEET FROM FINISH FLOOR. 2020

 PROVIDED, SEE EXCEPTIONS ALSO, BUT SHOW THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.

 DRAINPIPES UNDER LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSULATED OR OTHERWISE CONFIGURED TO PROTECT AGAINST
