 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE (FRONT PAGES AND THE
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS, DOORS AND
 ROOFING SYSTEM. ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE
 REVIEWED AND MARKED APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DESIGNER
 OF RECORD FBC 107.3.4
  
 2) ONE BATHROOM NEEDS A 29 INCH CLEAR OPENING - THE
 BEDROOM DOOR AND THE BATHROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR WILL
 NEED A 29 INCH CLEAR OPENING SINCE THE BATHROOM IS IN
 THE BEDROOM - CLEAR OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING
 DOORS SHALL BE MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR
 AND THE STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES. FBC
 R320.1.1
 ALL NEW SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES, DUPLEXES, TRIPLEXES,
 CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOUSES SHALL PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE
 BATHROOM, LOCATED WITH MAXIMUM POSSIBLE PRIVACY, WHERE
 BATHROOMS ARE PROVIDED ON HABITABLE GRADE LEVELS, WITH
 A DOOR THAT HAS A 29-INCH (737 MM) CLEAR OPENING.
 HOWEVER, IF ONLY A TOILET ROOM IS PROVIDED AT GRADE
 LEVEL, SUCH TOILET ROOMS SHALL HAVE A CLEAR OPENING OF
 NOT LESS THAN 29 INCHES (737 MM).
  
 3) PLEASE SHOW THE DRAFT STOP LOCATION AND CONSTRUCTION
 DETAILS - FBC R302.12 DRAFTSTOPPING.
 IN COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION WHERE THERE IS USABLE SPACE
 BOTH ABOVE AND BELOW THE CONCEALED SPACE OF A
 FLOOR-CEILING ASSEMBLY, DRAFTSTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED
 SO THAT THE AREA OF THE CONCEALED SPACE DOES NOT EXCEED
 1,000 SQUARE FEET (92.9 M2). DRAFTSTOPPING SHALL DIVIDE
 THE CONCEALED SPACE INTO APPROXIMATELY EQUAL AREAS.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN THAT SHOWS THE STORMWATER
 LOT DRAINAGE - FBC WPB 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION
 FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING
 TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND
 EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE, DISTANCES FROM LOT
 LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES AND THE PROPOSED
 FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE
 AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND
 DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY
 LINE SURVEY. (PLEASE PROVIDE CUT SECTIONS FOR ANY
 PROPOSED WATER RETAINING SWALES)
  
 5) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE EXISTING
 BUILDING DEMO AND THE DETACHED GARAGE.
