 1) PROVIDE A SURVEY.
  
 2) PROVIDE A COPY OF THE APPROVED FDOT DRIVEWAY/ROW
 PERMIT FOR THE CONNECTION TO OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD.
  
 3) THE PAVING PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE APPROVED SITE AND
 LANDSCAPE PLAN ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE NEW SOUTHERN
 PARKING LOT. THE NEW PARKING, DUMPSTER AND CHILLER
 LAYOUT ALSO DOES NOT MATCH WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT PLANS FOR THE NEW BUILDING. ALL THE PLANS MUST
 SHOW ACCURATE, CONSISTENT, CODE COMPLIANT CONDITIONS. A
 MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 PLANNING DIVISION AND APPROVED, PRIOR TO ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. THE SITE PLAN AMENDMENT REVIEW
 WILL INCLUDE REVIEWS BY THE CITY'S SANITATION,
 STORMWATER AND LANDSCAPE REVIEWERS TO VERIFY THAT ALL
 CODE PROVISIONS STILL COMPLY.
  
 4) THE FLUMES, THE RETENTION AREA AND THE PERIMETER
 BERM AT THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE PARKING AREA ARE NOT
 SHOWN ON OR MATCH THE APPROVED SITE OR LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 5) THE CHANGES LISTED IN COMMENTS 3 AND 4 SHOW DIRECT
 CONFLICT WITH TREES THAT ARE SHOWN AS REMAINING IN
 PLACE AND THE EXISTING PERIMETER BUFFER AS WELL AS THE
 INSTALLATION OF RELOCATED TREES ON THE APPROVED
 LANDSCAPE PLAN AND THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH
 THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. THE CIVIL PLANS MUST MATCH WHAT
 WAS APPROVED ON THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS. THE
 EXISTING LANDSCAPE ALONG THE WESTERN PROPERTY LINE IS
 NOT PERMITTED TO BE REMOVED.
  
 6) THERE APPEARS TO BE A FIRE HYDRANT AND RELATED BACK
 FLOW EQUIPMENT THAT IS IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH TREES
 SHOWN ON THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN ON THE EAST SIDE
 OF THE NEW PARKING LOT.
  
 7) THERE IS AN "EX 1 STORY BUILDING" AND A SHED THAT
 ARE SHOWN AS REMAINING ON THE CIVIL PLANS THAT ARE
 SHOWN REMOVED ON THE SITE PLAN. THESE BUILDINGS MUST BE
 REMOVED, OR THE SQUARE FOOTAGE MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE
 SITE PLAN TOTALS ON A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT.
  
 8) THE PAVEMENT MARKING PLAN MUST INCLUDE THE TWO-FOOT
 OVERHANG AREA FOR THE PARKING SPACES THAT ARE 16 FEET
 DEEP WITH THE D-CURB AT THEIR HEAD. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 CITY DOES NOT PERMIT SINGLE STRIPPING FOR PARKING
 SPACES SO THE NOTES SHALL ACCURATELY REFLECT THIS.
  
 9) THE PAVEMENT MARKING PLAN MUST CLEARLY SHOW THAT ALL
 OF THE PARKING SPACES ALONG THE CURVE ON THE WESTERN
 DRIVE HAVE A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 8.5 FEET. IF ANY SPACES
 DO NOT MEET THIS WIDTH AND ARE A MINIMUM OF 8 FEET IN
 WIDTH, THEY MAY BE DESIGNATED AS A COMPACT SPACE.
  
 10) THE PARKING STALL DETAIL ON SHEET C-8 DOES NOT MEET
 CITY CODE REQUIREMENTS. THE CITY REQUIRES DOUBLE LINES.
 PLEASE CONTACT STAFF IF THE STANDARD DETAIL IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 11) PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
