 1) PRIOR TO THE DEMOLITION OF THE BUILDING ON THIS
 PARCEL, A PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY MUST BE
 ISSUED. THE VIBRO PERMIT FOR THIS PARCEL IS 22120842,
 WHICH IS PART OF MASTER VIBRO PERMIT 22100245. THESE
 PERMITS HAVE NOT BEEN ISSUED, SO THIS DEMOLITION PERMIT
 CANNOT BE ISSUED.
  
 2) THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION FINAL ORDER REQUIRES THAT
 THE DOORWAY SECTION OF THE BUILDING LOCATED AT EAST END
 OF THE SITE BE PRESERVED IN PLACE.
  
 A. SHEET C1.04 WAS UPDATED TO REFLECT THE PRESERVED
 DOORWAY.
 B. SHEET C1.14 EROSION CONTROL PLAN, WAS NOT UPDATED TO
 INCLUDE THE PRESEVED DOORWAY AND DOES NOT SHOW HOW THE
 SILT FENCE WILL BE INSTALLED AROUND THE PROTECTED
 DOORWAY.
  
 3) THE EROSION CONTROL PLANS MUST BE UPDATED TO REMOVE
 BROADWAY, THE BROADWAY/NORTHWOOD ROAD INTERSECTION, THE
 TWO PARCELS EAST OF BROADWAY, THE ALLEY BETWEEN THE
 PARCELS AND THE 24TH STREET AND NORTHWOOD ROAD FRONTING
 THESE PARCELS THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THE APPROVED
 LIMITS OF WORK AS SHOWN IN THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE
 PERMIT THAT IS UNDER REVIEW.
  
 4) PLEASE UPDATE THE DOORWAY PRESERVATION DETAIL TO
 SHOW THE REMOVAL OF THE PHYSICAL DOOR. THE DOORWAY WILL
 BE OPEN TO ALLOW PASS THROUGH.
