 1) PRIOR TO ANY DEMOLITION ON THIS PARCEL:
  
 A) A PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY MUST BE ISSUED.
 B) THE SUBMITTED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT MUST BE
 APPROVED BY THE CITY'S PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2) THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION FINAL ORDER REQUIRES THAT
 THE DOORWAY SECTION OF THE BUILDING LOCATED AT EAST END
 OF THE SITE BE PRESERVED IN PLACE. THE DEMOLITION PLAN
 SHOWS THE DOORWAY BEING REMOVED, WHICH IS NOT
 PERMITTED. THE DEMOLITION PLANS MUST CLEARLY CALL OUT
 THE PRESERVATION OF THE DOORWAY AND INCLUDE DETAILS NOT
 ONLY OF HOW THE DOORWAY IS TO BE PRESERVED DURING THE
 DEMOLITION OF THE REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING, BUT ALSO
 THE DETAILS OF THE PERSERVED DOORWAY. THE DETAILS SHALL
 INCLUDE DIMENSIONS FOR THE HEIGHT, WIDTH AND DEPTH OF
 THE DOORWAY PORTION OF BE PRESERVED. THIS SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON PLAN AND IN ELEVATION.
  
 3) THE DOORWAY PRESERVATION DETAILS MUST BE REFLECTED
 ON THE NON-DEMO ENGINEERING PLANS.
