 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE NOTE A ADDRESSING STOP WILL BE ADDED TO THIS
 PERMIT, THE COVERSHEET & TITLE BLOCK JUST STATES THE
 ADDRESS OF 300 CLEMATIS ST. THIS IS A 3-STORY BUILDING
 WITH THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN STATING FIRST LEVEL SAFETY
 PLAN. IT IS HARD TO DISTINGUISH WHERE THE WORK IS TO
 OCCUR, ON WHICH FLOOR. 2020 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS
 IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH APPROVED ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE ON THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN THERE ARE 2
 DIRECTION NORTH ARROWS ONE DOES POINT NORTH (LEFT SIDE
 OF PAGE) WHILE THE NORTH ARROW (RIGHT SIDE OF PAGE)
 ACTUALLY POINTS WEST.

 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO
 INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE A EXISTING FLOOR PLAN AND PROPOSED
 FLOOR PLAN TO SEE EXISTING AND PROPOSED WORK. 2020 WEST

 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
