 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) SWIMMING POOLS SHALL BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 5 FT.
 FROM THE WATER'S EDGE TO THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE. IF A
 DECK IS PROVIDED AROUND THE POOL AREA, THE DECK SHALL
 BE SETBACK 2 FT. FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE. NO
 WAIVERS HAVE BEEN GRANTED FOR THE LOCATION OF THE
 SWIMMING POOL AND MUST COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). [ZLDR S.94-304(E)]
  
 2.) IS THE MECHANICAL/POOL EQUIPMENT LOCATED WITHIN THE
 GARAGE STRUCTURE? WHAT IS THE SETBACK FROM THE PAD TO
 THE WALL? IF THE MECHANICAL POOL EQUIPMENT IS NOT
 LOCATED WITHIN THE GARAGE STRUCTURE, SHOW SETBACK
 DISTANCE OF THE POOL/MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT PAD FROM THE
 SIDE PROPERTY LINE. THE LOCATION OF THE PAD CANNOT
 ENCROACH MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK
 (REQUIRED SETBACK IS 5 FT.). [ZLDR S.94-305(B)(4)]
