 RENOVATIONS/ALTERATIONS EXCEED 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE
 OF THE STRUCTURE TRIGGERING THE APPLICATION OF
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS OF ARTICLE IV PER SEC 94-441
 (B). IN ORDER FOR STAFF TO COMPLETE YOUR REVIEW, YOU
 MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWIG INFORMATION AS STATED IN THE
 PREVIOUS COMMENTS:
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE ZONING AND SITE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW
 MINIMUM REQUIRED OPEN SPACE OF 40 PERCENT FOR THIS LOT
 AND WHAT IS PROVIDED/PROPOSED. ARCHITTECTUAL SITE PLAN
 IS NOT INCLUDED IN PERMIT.
 2) PLEASE SHOW MINIMUM REQUIRED LANDSCAPE SPACE OF 15
 PERCENT FOR THIS LOT AND WHAT IS PROVIDED/PROPOSED.
 3) PER SEC 94-442 (C)2.B. ONE SHADE TREE IS REQUIRED
 FOR EACH 1,500 SQ. FT OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF,
 ONE FLOWERING TREE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH 6,000 SQ. FT OF
 OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF, AND ONE SHRUB IS
 REQUIRED FOR EACH 500 SQ. FT OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION
 THEREOF. PLEASE SHOW REQUIRED AND PROVIDED SHADE TREES,
 FLOWERING TREES, AND SHRUBS FOR THIS LOT.
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION PLAN SHOWING ALL
 EXISTING MATERIAL. PLEASE INCLUDE TREE/PALM SPECIES,
 SIZE, AND CURRENT CONDITION. ALL MATERIAL LESS THAN
 GOOD CONDITION MUST BE REPLACED.
 5) PLEASE SHOW PERIMETER BUFFER LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS
 PER SECTION 94-443 (B) AND WHAT IS PROVIDED FOR EACH
 BUFFER SEGMENT.
 6) PER SEC 94-442(G) LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST SATISFY A
 MINIMUM TOTAL OF 50 POINTS FROM THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 DESIGN OPTIONS CHART. PLEASE SHOW WHAT CRITERIA FROM
 THE CHART IS PROVIDED WITH PROPOSED LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 INCLUDE POINT TOTALS.
 7) PER SECTION 96-443 (E) 1. AT LEAST 30 PERCENT OF THE
 LINEAR FEET AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF A COMMERCIAL
 STRUCTURE SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES SHRUBS OR HEDGES.
 PLEASE SHOW THE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED LINEAR FOOTAGE
 LANDSCAPE.
 8) PLEASE UPDATE PLANT LIST TO INCLUDE ALL MATERIAL
 BEING ADDED. PLEASE INCLUDE SIZE AND QUANTITY. ALL
 MATERIAL MUST BE FLORIDA GRADE 1 OR BETTER.
