 ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RE-SUBMIT:
  
 NOTICE: THE DOOR BETWEEN THE GARAGE AND THE STORAGE
 ROOM CREATES A SEPERATE ENCLOSED AREA (STORAGE).
  
 1. PROVIDE A STRUCTURAL DETAIL OF THE WALL BETWEEN THE
 GARAGE AND STORAGE ROOM. WALL SHALL BE DESIGNED PER
 R322.1.5 (FLOOD RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION)
  
 1. THERE ARE TWO FLOOD OPENING ON ADJACENT WALLS IN THE
 STORAGE ROOM. THE GARAGE AREA IS 998SF AND REQUIRES (5)
 SMART VENTS AT 200SF/VENT. ADD AN ADDITIONAL (2) SMART
 VENTS.
  
 R322.2.2ENCLOSED AREA BELOW DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION.
 ENCLOSED AREAS, INCLUDING CRAWL SPACES, THAT ARE BELOW
 THE DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION SHALL:
 1. 1.BE USED SOLELY FOR PARKING OF VEHICLES, BUILDING
 ACCESS OR STORAGE.
 2. 2.BE PROVIDED WITH FLOOD OPENINGS THAT MEET THE
 FOLLOWING CRITERIA AND ARE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION R322.2.2.1:
  
 2. PROVIDE THE PROPOSED SMART VENT MODEL NUMBER ON PLAN
 PAGE A-1.01.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH 107.2.5.
  
 3. PROVIDE THE ICC-ES REPORT FOR THE SPRAY FOAM
 INSULATION.
 FBC 107.3.4 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
