 1) CLARIFY THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR PLUMBING. PROVIDE A
 PLAN THAT SHOWS THE EXISTING AND THE PROPOSED NEW
 LOCATIONS OF THE SINK, DISHWASHER, AND OTHER APPLIANCES
 REQUIRING WATER AND SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE DISPOSAL SUCH
 AS AN ICE MAKER- SEC. 107.3.5.1.3 WPB. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 RISER DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED FOR NEW PLUMBING PIPE
 INSTALLATIONS.
  
 2) FAIR HOUSING ACT COMPLIANCE: THE CITYSIDE
 CONDOMINIUMS AT 779 MARINA DEL REY LN ARE SUBJECT TO
 COMPLIANCE WITH FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES
 WHICH CAME INTO EFFECT FOR MULTI- FAMILY HOUSING BUILT
 FOR FIRST OCCUPANCY AFTER MARCH 13, 1991. THE FAIR
 HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES ARE INCLUDED IN THE
 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE- 2020 SEVENTH EDITION. REFER
 TO REQUIREMENT 7 (1)(A) AND SHOW THE REQUIRED 30X48
 INCH CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAM AND DIMENSIONS FOR A
 PARALLEL WHEELCHAIR APPROACH AT THE SINK, AND 30X48
 INCH CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAM AND DIMENSION FOR THE
 PARALLEL OR FORWARD APPROACH TO THE DISHWASHER. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACES FOR PARALLEL
 APPROACHES SHALL BE CENTERED ON THE SINK AND
 DISHWASHER- REFER TO PAGE 7.5 OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACT
 DESIGN MANUAL.
  
 PLEASE NOTE: AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO MEETING THE
 GUIDELINES FOR THE BATH ALTERATIONS, THE OWNER AND
 DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT MAY PROVIDE
 A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT WHICH WOULD INDICATE
 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE PROPOSED DESIGN DOES NOT MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY
 GUIDELINES, BUT WILL ALSO REQUIRE THE OWNER TO AGREE TO
 REVERT THE UNIT BACK TO COMPLIANCE AT TIME OF SALE IF
 REQUESTED BY THE BUYER. IF THIS OPTION IS CHOSEN,
 PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO [email protected] AND I WILL SEND A
 COPY OF THE FAIR HOUSING AFFIDAVIT.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
