 MINIMUM HEIGHT OF 12 FT. PALMS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM
 HEIGHT OF 8 FT OF CLEAR WOOD AND THE MINIMUM SIZE FOR
 SHRUBS IS 3 GALLONS. BULNESIA, LIGUSTRUM, AND MANGIFERA
 INDICA CANNOT COUNT TOWARD REQUIRED TREES FOR THIS LOT
 IF THEY ARE NOT AT LEAST 12 FT TALL. PLEASE PROVIDE
 CLEAR TRUNK HEIGHT OF PALMS PROPOSED IN ORDER TO
 RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THEM. LOT REQUIRES 9 SHADE/FLOWERING
 TREES AND AS OF NOW, IT ONLY HAS 4 TREES WITH THE
 PROPOSED PLANS. ALL MATERIAL MUST BE FLORIDA GRADE 1 OR
 BETTER.
  
 4) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ARTIFICIAL TURF.
 BE ADVISED ARTIFICIAL TURF CANNOT BE SEEN FROM THE
 STREET OR ROAD AND THERE IS NO FENCE PERMIT FOR THIS
