 DETERMINED. THE DESIGNER OF THE FLOOR PLAN HAS NOT
 GIVEN US AN OCCUPANT LOAD. IN THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING
 CODE TABLE 1004.5 HAS AN OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR OF 35 SQ.
 FT./ OCCUPANT.
 BEDROOM # 1 11X12 = 132 SQ FT/ 35 = 4 OCCUPANTS.
 BEDROOM # 2 11X12 = 132 SQ FT / 35= 4 OCCUPANTS

 TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD 16 OCCUPANTS.

 2020 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE 1004.1 FIRE PROTECTION
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION 1012 SHALL APPLY WHERE A
 BUILDING OR PORTIONS THERE OF UNDERGO CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OR WHERE THERE IS A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY WITHIN A SPACE WHERE THERE IS A DIFFERENT
 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM THRESHOLD REQUIREMENT IN CHAPTER
 9 OF THE FBC-BUILDING.
  
 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE 903.2.8.3 GROUP R-4 CONDITION 2.
 AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 903.1.2 (NFPA 13R SPRINKLER SYSTEM) SHALL
 BE PERMITTED IN GROUP R4 CONDITION 2 OCCUPANCIES.
 ATTICS SHALL BE PROTECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 903.2.8.3.1 OR 903.2.8.3.2.
  
 1B) PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF PORTABLE FIRE
 EXTINGUISHERS IN COMPLIANCE WITH 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE
 SECTION 906.1 WHERE REQUIRED.
  
 1C) 2020 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE 1004.1 FIRE
 PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION 1012 SHALL
 APPLY WHERE A BUILDING OR PORTIONS THERE OF UNDERGO
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OR WHERE THERE IS A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY WITHIN A SPACE WHERE THERE IS A
 DIFFERENT FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM THRESHOLD REQUIREMENT
 IN CHAPTER 9 OF THE FBC-BUILDING. (FIRE ALARM).
  
 2020 FBC-BUILDING 907.2.10. FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS AND
 SMOKE ALARMS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN GROUP R-4
 OCCUPANCIES AS REQUIRED IN SECTIONS 907.2.10.1 THROUGH
 907.2.10.3.
  
 1D) IF THERE ARE ANY KINDERGARTEN OR PRE-KINDERGARTEN
 CHILDREN THEN REQUIREMENTS FROM THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING
 CHAPTER 453 WILL BE ALSO ENFORCE.
  
 1E) FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 65C-22.002 CHILD CARE
 STANDARDS.
  
 2) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
 HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR
