 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE LAST KNOWN USE FOR THIS SPACE WAS A STORAGE
 OCCUPANCY. PLEASE PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN FOR THE WHOLE
 BUILDING SINCE IS A CHANGE OF USE AND CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY. THE 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE CHAPTER 10
 SECTION 1001.2.2 WILL NEED TO BE MET. SINCE THIS IS OUT
 OF THE SCOPE OF YOUR LICENSE A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL MAY
 BE REQUIRED FOR ALL TRADES. 2020 W. P. B.

 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTION:
 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS AND
 OR STRUCTURES. MISSING ALL PLANS FOR A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY.
  
  
 2) THE SHEET M-3 IS ILLEGIBLE CANNOT MAKE OUT THE
 WORDING. 107.2.1.3. QUALITY OF PLANS. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENT POLICY OTHER
 STANDARDS FOR THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO
 PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORD MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE
 WITH THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 2A) THERE IS A PENETRATION TO WHAT APPEARS TO BE A
 CONCRETE DECK. EITHER SINGLE T OR DOUBLE T, THE PLANS
 ARE NOT CLEAR IN THIS MATTER. THE DETAIL DOES NOT STATE
 IF THESE ARE EXISTING PENETRATIONS THROUGH THE CONCRETE
 ROOF DECK OR NOT, PLEASE DECLARE, THIS IS ALSO OUT OF
 THE SCOPE OF YOUR LICENSE F S 489.105(3) (D) SHEET
 METAL CONTRACTOR.
 IF NEW PROVIDE DETAIL HOW THE NEW ROOF PENETRATION IS
 TO PROCEED, SIZE OF PENETRATION AND IF ANY ADDITIONAL

 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE

 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS

 FBC-M- 301.15 WIND RESISTANCE. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT,
 APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO WIND SHALL
 BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND PRESSURES
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, BUILDING.FBC-B-1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS AND
 CLADDING. WIND PRESSURE FOR EACH COMPONENT OR CLADDING
 ELEMENT IS TO BE DESIGNED FOR WIND PRESSURES COMPONENTS
 AND ATTACHMENTS. 2020 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD
 EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED BY METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
 THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY,
 GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM
 MATERIAL PROPERTIES. EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED
 TO RESIST THE OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL
