 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED
  
 1) THE PREVIOUS SHEET 2 PLUMBING PLAN HAS BEEN
 ABANDONED. THE NEW SANITARY ISOMETRICS ON NEW SHEET 3
 ARE MISLABELED AS SUPPLY ISOMETRICS AND HAVE THE
 FOLLOWING DEFICIENCIES-
  
 A) THERE IS ONLY ONE EXISTING VENT SHOWN FOR BOTH THE
 MASTER BATHROOM AND KITCHEN FIXTURES- SEC. P3101.2.1
 FBC RES. PROVIDE A HORIZONTAL WET VENT FOR THE BATHROOM
 FIXTURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEC. P3108.1. THE LAVATORY
 VENT CAN SERVE AS THE VENT FOR ALL THE BATHROOM
 FIXTURES PROVIDING THAT THE LAVATORY FIXTURE DRAIN
 CONNECTS AT A POINT UPSTREAM OF THE OTHER FIXTURE DRAIN
 CONNECTIONS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE FIXTURE
 PERMITTED TO BE CONNECTED UPSTREAM OF THE LAV DRAIN
 CONNECTION- SEC. P3108.2.1. THE CURRENT PLAN SHOWS TWO
 FIXTURES LABELED AS TOILETS CONNECTING UPSTREAM. ONE OF
 THE FIXTURES SHOULD BE LABELED SHOWER.
  
 B) THE DRAIN FROM THE DISHWASHER TYPICALLY CONNECTS TO
 THE SINK DRAIN VIA AN AIR GAP AND ONE SINGLE VENT SHALL
 BE PROVIDED FOR BOTH OF THE FIXTURES. THE SINK FIXTURE
 DRAIN SHALL CONNECT TO THE EXISTING BUILDING DRAIN
 DOWNSTREAM OF THE BATHROOM WET VENT- SECS. P2717.1,
 P2717.2, P3107.1 & P3108.2.1.
  
 C) NO VENTING IS SHOWN FOR THE FIXTURES IN THE HALL
 BATHROOM. REFER TO COMMENT 1A ABOVE FOR CODE SECTIONS
 TO REVIEW AND REVISE THE RISER ACCORDINGLY.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
