 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
  
  
 1) THE SOIL REPORT NEEDS TO SHOW THE SOIL BEARING
 CAPACITY - FBC 1803.3
  
 2) THE BOTTOM STAIR HAND RAIL SHALL CONTINUE TO SLOPE
 PER - FBC 1014.6 HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS.
 HANDRAILS SHALL RETURN TO A WALL, GUARD OR THE WALKING
 SURFACE OR SHALL BE CONTINUOUS TO THE HANDRAIL OF AN
 ADJACENT FLIGHT OF STAIRS OR RAMP RUN. WHERE HANDRAILS
 ARE NOT CONTINUOUS BETWEEN FLIGHTS, THE HANDRAILS SHALL
 EXTEND HORIZONTALLY NOT LESS THAN 12 INCHES (305 MM)
 BEYOND THE TOP RISER AND CONTINUE TO SLOPE FOR THE
 DEPTH OF ONE TREAD BEYOND THE BOTTOM RISER.
  
 3) THE PROVIDED SURVEY SHOWS THE NORTH EXTERIOR WALL AT
 7'7" FROM THE PROPERTY LINE - THE NORTH EXTERIOR WALL
 NEEDS TO BE SHOWN AS 1 HOUR FIRE RATING ( SHOW THE 1
 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL ASSEMBLY) PER FBC TABLE 602 - SEE
 FBC 705.5 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATINGS. EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL
 BE FIRE-RESISTANCE RATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLES 601
 AND 602 AND THIS SECTION. THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE
 RATING OF EXTERIOR WALLS WITH A FIRE SEPARATION
 DISTANCE OF LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 10 FEET (3048 MM)
 SHALL BE RATED FOR EXPOSURE TO FIRE FROM BOTH SIDES.
  
 4) THE GROUND FLOOR STILL NEEDS TO SHOW AN ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRY - FROM THE FIRST REVIEW - 17) PLEASE SHOW THE
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING TO THE
 BUILDING ENTRY - FBC A 202.4
  
 5) THE SITE PLAN AND THE SOIL REPORT DO NOT SHOW AS
 DIGITALLY SIGNED IN ADOBE READER - SIGNED AND SEALED
