 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET LS101 BUILDING DESCRIPTION LIST 18 STORIES,
 TYPE I-A, FULLY FIRE SPRINKLERED, FIRE ALARM TO BE
 RETROFITTED. MISSING ELEVATOR LOBBIES AND OR
 EXCEPTIONS.
 1A) ELEVATOR LOBBY REQUIRED. FBC-B 403.5.4 SMOKEPROOF
 ENCLOSURES.
  
 1B) EXISTING BUILDING CODE, LEVEL II ALTERATION.
 803.2.2 SUPPLEMENTAL SHAFT AND FLOOR OPENING ENCLOSURE
 REQUIREMENTS. WHERE THE WORK AREA ON ANY FLOOR EXCEEDS
 50 PERCENT OF THAT FLOOR AREA, THE ENCLOSURE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 803.2 SHALL APPLY TO VERTICAL
 OPENINGS OTHER THAN STAIRWAYS THROUGHOUT THE FLOOR.
 EXCEPTION: VERTICAL OPENINGS LOCATED IN TENANT SPACES
 THAT ARE ENTIRELY OUTSIDE THE WORK AREA.
  
 1C) FBC-B 1016.2 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES.
 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THIS SECTION.
 1.EXIT ACCESS THROUGH AN ENCLOSED ELEVATOR LOBBY IS
 PERMITTED. ACCESS TO NOT LESS THAN ONE OF THE REQUIRED
 EXITS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT TRAVEL THROUGH THE
 ENCLOSED ELEVATOR LOBBIES REQUIRED BY SECTION 3006.
  
 1D) FBC-B 403.5.4 SMOKEPROOF ENCLOSURES. EVERY REQUIRED
 INTERIOR EXIT STAIRWAY SERVING FLOORS MORE THAN 75 FEET
 (22 860 MM) ABOVE THE LOWEST LEVEL OF FIRE DEPARTMENT
 VEHICLE ACCESS SHALL BE A SMOKEPROOF ENCLOSURE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 909.20 AND 1023.11.
  
 2) SHEET A101 THE CORRIDOR DOOR LEADING TO THE WOMENS
 RESTROOM DOES NOT MEET THE 2020 ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 SECTION CODE 404.2.4.1 SWINGING DOORS. SWINGING DOORS
 AND GATES SHALL HAVE MANEUVERING CLEARANCES COMPLYING
 WITH TABLE 404.2.4.1 & FIGURE.404.2.4.1 (A). THIS DOOR
 IS AN EXISTING DOOR AND WOULD NEED TO COMPLY, UNDER
 DISPROPORTION CAST RULE.
 202.4.1. DISPROPORTIONATE COST. ALTERATIONS MADE TO
 PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED
 AREA WILL BE DEEMED DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL
 ALTERATION WHEN THE COST EXCEEDS 20% OF THE COST OF THE
 ALTERATION( UP TO $51,697.00 DOLLARS) TO THE PRIMARY
 FUNCTION AREA. COST THAT MAY BE COUNTED AS EXPENDITURES
 REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL MAY
 INCLUDE: (I) COST ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING AN
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND AN ACCESSIBLE ROUT TO THE
 ALTERED AREA; (II) COST ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING
 RESTROOMS ACCESSIBLE, SUCH AS INSTALLING GRAB BARS,
 ENLARGING TOILET STALLS, INSULATING PIPES, OR
 INSTALLING ACCESSIBLE FAUCET CONTROLS; (III) COST
 ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES, SUCH
 AS RELOCATING THE TELEPHONE TO AN ACCESSIBLE HEIGHT,
 INSTALLING AMPLIFICATION DEVICES, OR INSTALLING A TEXT
 TELEPHONE (TTY); (IV) COST ASSOCIATED WITH RELOCATING
 AN ACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAIN.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER / NARRATIVE LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
