 1. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE
 SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH, NONDUSTING SURFACE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A
 VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS
 AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE. GRAVEL IS NOT A PERMITTED
 MATERIAL.
  
  
 2. TWO DRIVEWAYS EACH WITH A WIDTH OF NO GREATER THAN
 TEN FEET AT THE PROPERTY LINE OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY
 ADJOINS THE APRON IF THE APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY
 WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, PROVIDED THAT THE DRIVEWAYS
 SHALL BE ON TWO DIFFERENT STREET FRONTAGES OR ON ONE
 STREET FRONTAGE AND THE ALLEY. PER GOOGLE STREET VIEW
 AND SURVEY THERE IS AN EXSISTING CURB CUT ALONG PARKER
 AVE.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN THREE
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE LOCATED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT
 MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES,
 VINES OR TREES).
  
 4. PER CODE REQUIREMENT DRIVEWAYS WITHIN A FRONT YARD
 OR A CORNER SIDE YARD SHALL BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF
 FIVE FEET FROM A FRONT AND/OR CORNER SIDE PROPERTY LINE
