 SOW IS TO DEMOLISH THE EXISTING 2-STORY ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCT A NEW 2-STORY ADDITION
 CONNECTED TO THE EXISTING 2-STORY MAIN DWELLING UNIT
 CREATING A NEW MAIN DWELLING UNIT.
  
 THE FOUNDATION OF THE NEW 2-STORY ADDITION ENCROACHES

 R322.2.1 ELEVATION REQUIREMENTS.
 1. BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS NOT
 DESIGNATED AS COASTAL A ZONES SHALL HAVE THE LOWEST
 FLOORS ELEVATED TO OR ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION
 PLUS TWO FEET OR THE DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION, WHICHEVER
 IS HIGHER.
